PROFESSIONAL PLANTING AND LANDSCAPE INSTALLATIONS

Have you ever wanted to plant something new and exciting in your property, but wonder if it will survive? Look no further! Our lead Horticulturist has formal training in the Chicago Botanic Garden and has decades of onsite experience on hundreds of ornamental plants, shrubs and trees. We offer our planting services for residential home owners, as well as commercial clients. The picture below is one of our own gardens taken in the summer of 2021.

GARDEN DESIGN

We offer designs and drawings to visualize the projects you have in mind whether its commercial or residential. We also offer phased installations that can be done over numerous years to help with cost, maintenance, and also changing the landscape of a property without it being an overwhelming change for our customers. We also focus on practical designs that can incorporate plants in the current conditions of a space, for example, using shade plants in a shady space. We create sketches and quick drawings to project the intention of the outdoor space. The design principles are always respected along with the functionality of a space, as practiced by the Chicago Botanic Garden.

GRADING AND DRAINAGE SERVICES

We specialize in landscape drainage in properties that experience stagnant water or can be at risk of water problems. A popular service is extending the downspouts and sump pump discharge from the house via a buried PVC pipe system and trench. This service really pays off, as you can avoid the the headache of having water causing foundation problems. It also is a great way to save electricity, since the water is moved away from the foundation, preventing it from re-entering and being discharged too close to the foundation. The pictures below feature sump pump discharge and downspout extensions with 4” and 6” solid PVC pipes.

Pictures below feature homes located in Highland Park and Palatine, Illinois. Our drainage system was used to resolve drainage problems that could have caused severe foundation damage if left untreated.
